Ingredients: Swedish Oatmeal, milk protein concentrate of the finest quality consisting of whey protein and micellar casein, aroma, salt, saffron, sweetener (sucralose), beta-carotene
Contains milk protein, lactose (4%) and may contain traces of gluten.
Prepare your protein porridge quick and easy by first mixing 1 dl porridge mixture with 2 dl water (gives a portion).
Then cook in the microwave (750-800W for about 2.5 minutes), in a saucepan on the stove (simmering for 2 minutes) or in a porridge/rice cooker. Stir and serve with milk, jam/berries, seeds or maybe a teaspoon of peanut butter. Of course you can also enjoy it cold!
Store dry at room temperature.
