Delivery and freight
Mealsizer® is delivered by traceable letter or postal package, depending on the quantity and weight. Your order will normally be delivered to you within a week. However, we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive within that time, since unforeseen delays can arise on occasions.
If you regret your buy, you have full right of return within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your order. If any item is damaged on arrival, read on under the section “complaints” below.

Shipping fee and return postage is always paid by you. Please note that you are responsible for packaging the goods so that it is not damaged at arrival. Goods damaged on arrival due to lack of packaging will be charged to you.
If you get a defective item, you need to contact our customer service as soon as this is discovered. A defective item is replaced with a new flawless item, but only after contact with us. Visible transport damage must be reported within 8 days to email@example.com.
