The right amount of - Protein - for portion control
The smallest measure is for protein.
With the protein measure you get the right average amount of protein like meat, meat dishes, sausage, fish, bird, quorn, soybean and other vegetarian protein rich foods.
Fill the measure with protein-rich food all the way up to the rim, but do not fill the handle. Then place the contents onto your plate. Vary the contents of the measure between meat, sausage or fish to suit your meal. Cut up any large pieces of sausages, meat or fish, so that they fit in to the measure. If you are having for example spaghetti with meat sause; then this is the measure where you put the meat sause.
