Which Mealsizer® size should I have?
Mealsizer® is available in three different sizes: Small, Medium and Large. Easily find the right size for you in the tables below. If you want to lose weight faster, you can choose the size in brackets.

** With this level of exercise it is not recommended choosing a smaller Mealsizer® size to lose weight faster, since you will then also have a greater energy consumption

Mealsizer® provides the right amount of energy and nutrition in each meal. The sizes of the measures are calculated by a licensed dietician for individuals consuming an ordinary amount of energy, based on Swedish Nutrition Recommendations and MyPlate.
The average enery consumption differs between a normally active male or female. The average woman’s daily energy requirement is 2100 kcal, while for the average man the equivalent figure is 2700 kcal per day. But we do not need to eat that exact amount of calories every day. Some days we can eat more, on other days less. It all depends on how physically active we are. It is the energy balance over an extended period of time that is the most important thing.
